I was there late afternoon yesterday. The sales lady (wish I got her name) was very helpful and patient in attending to me and recommending shoes to me. She even helped to check if there was my size at another branch for a design I particularly liked, which the store didnt have any more stock of. Great customer service!

Worried about my painful heel spur during my Hokkaido trip, but thanks to Arch Angel, I bought a pair of German-made Finn Comfort shoes. I could walk at least 10K steps every day for 8 days with comfort and no pain. These shoes massaged my heels as I walked, even pushing in the jutting out spur that used to be too painful to touch. Saved me from costly physiotherapy treatments. Money better spent on more shoes! Will not buy any other brand because this brand gives me so much comfort whenever I wear to walk. Thank GOD for the boss, Tan Ee Lang, who started this company.

I have purchased a few pairs of Naot Kirei shoes from Arch Angel since 2018. They are well designed and so comfortable. I am glad that shoes with wide widths are available as I have bunion problems. I also own a pair of Arcopedico Lytech L71. I am a volunteer docent at the National Gallery Singapore. As this activity requires me to be on my feet and do quite a lot of walking, it is very important that I wear comfortable shoes. I am so glad that my dependable Noat and Arcopedico shoes serve my need as they are super comfortable!

I have explored so many types of shoes in England. I have never found the shoes that I like. But I have always been able to find what I want at Arch Angel. Also, the assistants here helped with my problem. They are very knowledgable, patient and lovely. This is why we have made a special trip to Singapore this time for my shoe shopping!

Although I did not get any shoes from them, the staff was very patient to let me try the shoes. She knew that it was hard for me to find shoes due to my plantar fasciitis condition so she gave me a name card to another store after realising that none of their shoes was suitable for me. Found in a Quiet shopping mall where there is no crowd at all Very safe n sound as u r in this shoe shop buying n trying their shoes .Price wise is above average but shoes r comfortable .Service is good.
